Match 25 of IPL 2024 is going to be very exciting as IPL’s two big teams Mumbai Indians (MI) and Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) will face each other at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Thursday, April 11.
The performance of both teams has been very poor in this season of IPL so far, with only one match being won by both teams. This match is a good opportunity for both teams so that they can resume their winnings journey again.
MATCH PREVIEW FOR MI vs RCB
Mumbai Indians has brought itself on the winning track by defeating Delhi Capitals, and they are currently in eighth position. Royal Challengers Bengaluru is currently in tenth place. They have won only one match out of five matches so far.
Despite a very poor start to the IPL, MI finally managed to win its first match against DC. Hardik Pandya’s Mumbai Indians have been IPL champions five times. In a very explosive inning, Rohit Sharma scored 49 runs in just 27 balls, and Ishan Kishan, playing very fast, scored 42 runs facing 23 balls. Romario Shepherd scored 39 runs in just 10 balls which helped Mumbai to score a formidable total of 234 runs.
On the other hand, RCB sees itself at the bottom of the points table. Despite Virat Kohli’s brilliant century in the last game, they had to face defeat against Rajasthan Royals. RCB’s bowling attack and middle order have failed to provide support to Virat Kohli and Faf du Plessis. RCB would like all their players to give their all to stop their three-game losing streak.
